自由六步是释放法的核心,最初由莱斯特所创建,以下有三种稍有不同的表达方式,可以帮助理解:
原始的莱斯特六步:
Lester's six steps
1) Want freedom more than anything else.
2) Decide you can do the method and be free.
3) See all your feelings as expressions of three basic wants: the want of approval, control, and survival. Release the want of approval, the want of control, and lastly the fear of death.
4) Release continuously.
5) If you are stuck, let go of wanting to change the stuckness.
6) Release more and more and become happier and lighter, until you move beyond happiness into imperturbability and freedom.
莱斯特的六步:
1、想要自由高于其他的一切。
2、决定并相信自己能够通过做释放获得自由。
3、认出所有的情绪都是三种基本欲望(想要赞同、想要控制、想要生存)的表现形式.释放想要赞同、想要控制直到最后释放对死亡的恐惧。
4、持续不断的释放。
5、如果遇到难以释放的困境,则释放“想要改变困境”。
6、释放更多,变得更幸福和更轻松,直到你超越幸福状态,进入不可动摇的安宁和自由的境界。

THE SIX STEPS
1. You must want imperturbability more than you want approval, control and security.
2. Decide you can do the Method and be imperturbable.
3. See all your feelings culminate in three wants—the want of approval, control and security/survival. See that immediately and immediately let go of the want of approval, want to control and the want of security/survival.
4. Make releasing constant.
5. If you are stuck, let go of wanting to control the stuckness.
6. Each time you release you are happier and lighter. If you release continually, you will be continually happier and lighter.
1、你必须想要不受侵扰的安宁大于想要赞同、控制和安全。
2、决定你能使用这个方法并且达到不受侵扰的安宁状态。
3、看出你所有的情绪都来源于三个欲望-----想要赞同、控制和安全/生存。马上看出并且马上释放这三个欲望。
4、持续释放。
5、如果遇到阻碍,就释放想要控制的阻碍情绪。

1. Allow yourself to want freedom/imperturbability/your goal more than you want
approval, control, security, and separation.
2. Decide that you can release and be free/imperturbable/achieve your goal.
3. Allow yourself to perceive that all your feelings culminate in the four wants: the want
of approval, the want of control, the want of security, and the want of separation.
Then allow yourself to let go of the wants.
4. Make it constant. Release wanting approval, wanting to control, wanting security, and
wanting to be separate all the time, whether you're alone or with people.
5. If you are stuck, let go of wanting to change or control the stuckness.
6. Each time you release, you are lighter, happier, and more effective. If you do this
continually, you will continually be lighter, happier, and more effective.
1、允许你自己对于自由/平静/纯粹目标的向往大于对于安全、认同、控制欲望的
向往。
2、下定决心,并相信自己可以通过释放方法获得自由/平和,同时实现自己的任一
目标。
3、将你所有的内在感觉区分为三种欲望:想要获得认同、想要控制、想要获得安
全,然后释放这些欲望。
4、随时随地、持续不断的释放想要控制、想要认同、想要安全。
5、如果遇到停滞状态,就释放想要改变的感觉。
6、每经过一次释放,都可以让你更加轻松、快乐、自由与高效,经过持续不断地
释放,它们就会成为你人生的常态。
