Kevin问:在学员练习手册的练习中,有许多是一个小时要作一个练习。但若在开会或担任讲师在授课,就几乎无法如此练习。应该用何种心态或以何技巧面对此一状况呢? Tom Carpenter 答复: The purpose of ACIM is to show us there is to show us there is another way of perceiving who we are. The function of the workbook lessons is to show us how to do this. Jesus is perfectly aware that most people have bust lives and much of the time it is not convenient to stop and practice the exercises every hour. But we must realize it is what we are doing routinely throughout the day that reflects our current beliefs, and every day that we do the same things for the same reasons, we reenforce our ego beliefs that this is the way we must think and act to be acceptable and meet the expectations of the world. There seems to be laws and principles of how best to function in business, for example, that will be most successful. 奇迹课程的目的是要告诉我们,我们可以用一个不同的方式看待自己。 学员练习手册的功能是告诉我们怎么做。 上主非常了解我们现代人的忙碌, 而且每个小时都要停下手边的事来做练习是很不方便的。 但是我们必须了解,我们每天日常生活的例行公事是我们现有信念的一种投射。 我们每天为同样的理由, 做一样的事,无异于加强小我对这个世界的认同, 因为我们觉得我们的想法和行为必须符合世界的期望,才能被接受和认同。举个例子来说, 就好比商业世界里, 也有一些既定的游戏规则, 让你成功致胜。 The lessons are designed to help us change the way we see and react to the situations and problems in our life as they happen. We can all begin our day with good and peaceful intentions, but conflicts inevitably come up, we have a tendency to quickly revert to our old habits of thinking. By bringing our daily lessons to our work wee learn how to apply them to the problems we each experience and then are able to see the results immediately. This way we can encourage ourselves to apply the ACIM principles more broadly to everything we encounter. For us to be willing to change our entire belief system, we must see that the new one can make our lives happier and more filled with peace and joy. 学员练习手册的设计,是用来帮助我们在面临各种事件发生时,能够改变我们对这些情况的看法和对困难的反应方式。 我们每一天都希望过个好日子, 但是冲突、问题不可避免的会发生, 我们已习惯立刻用旧有的思考模式来反应。若能把这些课程带到工作中,我们可以学到如何将它们应用到日常的挑战上去, 而且会得到立竿见影之效。 这样才会鼓励我们更广泛地把奇迹课程的原则应用到周遭一切事物上。我们若想彻底改变自己的人生信念系统,我们必须先认清,这一套新的人生信念真的能让我们活得更快乐, 充满平和与喜乐。 Practicing the daily lessons each hour keeps them fresh in our mind so that we can more quickly remember to use them. In the beginning it will seem more cumbersome to try to remember doing them when your mind is occupied with other thoughts, However, the more we see how applying these principle benefits us in every way, including bringing more success to our business, the easier it will be to remember them. It is very easy to develop a habit of thinking when you see it gets you what you want. 每个小时复习一下当天的主题,可以让这些观念在我们脑子里面维持一定的新鲜度,提醒我们随时发挥其用。 刚开始的时候,要提醒自己记得每小时做练习可能很困难, 尤其是我们每个人的脑袋里塞满了各种念头,但是, 我们若能看到,应用这些观念为我们的生活带来了很大的帮助,包括事业上的, 那么要你记住这个练习就比较容易了。当你看到它确实帮你心想事成时,你就不难培养起这种新的思维习惯了。 Our mind will have a tendency to forget and resist these new thoughts initially, simply because they are so different. Only by consistently applying them and getting good results do we stop resisting and they become more easily remembered. Write the exercises on a card and carry it in your pocket so that you can easily and quickly refer to it throughout the day. Get in the habit of reminding yourself that these principles are there to bring more peace by applying them to problems that seem to destroy your peace. You will find that after consulting the card in your pocket a few times, your mind will begin to more automatically remember. The principle will soon accommodate your busy business day as you learn to use them as you would other business techniques and tools which benefit you. 我们的头脑刚开始都会忘记或是排斥这些新的想法,因为它们和我们旧有的信念如此不同。 只有在坚持一段时间之后, 我们尝到了甜头,抗拒才会慢慢停止, 而且比较容易记住了。 你不妨把这些练习写在一张小卡片上, 把它放在口袋里,这样你比较容易随时能拿出来复习。试着提醒自己:这些观念会帮你解除生活的困境,只要你肯运用出来,它会为你带来更多内心的平静。 你会发现,如果你能时不时地参考这张卡片,你的心就会自动地记住它了。你若能像学习其它有益的商业技巧或工具一样,这些原则很快就会落实到你忙碌的工作日程的。 The first fifty lessons set a foundation which begins to change your self image. It is sometimes difficult to see how applying them to daily situations can change their outcome, but they will if you simple do them consistently. There are hidden memories which these thoughts will awaken if you just trust them. If you are not always able to apply five minutes per hour, or whatever was suggested, at least remember the thought for a few seconds. Having the card in your pocket as a reminder will be helpful. You will find that just bringing the thought into your mind, its presence there will influence whatever else you are occupied with and will accomplish the goal for which it is intended: to bring peace and joy into your life. 最初的50课是在为你改变自我形象打下基础。 刚开始时,你可能很难看出来,运用这些观念怎么可能导致外界的改变,只要你持续下去, 事情一定会有所改变的。如果你全然信任它们, 这些信念会唤醒你内心深埋的记忆。 如果你没有办法按照手册中的要求每个小时练习的话, 至少花个几秒钟记得这个想法。 把卡片放在你口袋里也很有用。你会发现, 仅仅把这个想法带到你的脑海中, 它就能影响你正在忙的事, 达到那些事情原本的目标,就是把平安及喜乐带入你的生活。
