While thinking of these lyrics from the famous Rolling Stones song, "Satisfaction," think about what advantage is in store for you to be satisfied. Does that bring up a wanting of approval, control or safety? And whichever want that gets stirred up, could you just let it go? And what disadvantage is it for you to be satisfied? Does that bring up a wanting of approval, control or safety? And whichever want that gets stirred up, could you just let it go? Continue releasing until there are no more advantages and disadvantages coming up before moving on.
And now let's ask the "squeezing the lemon" question. Imagine never, ever, ever being able to satisfy yourself. Does that bring up a wanting of approval, control or safety? Does it bring up a clutching? And if so, put your head down and allow that energy to pass through. Imagine never, ever, ever being able to satisfy yourself ever again. Put your head down, let go of clutching, let go of resistance, and just allow that energy to leave.

Does it bring up an unwanted energy in your stomach or chest? If so, just allow that energy to come up and pass through. Likewise, imagine always being satisfied, no matter what. You have no choice. If that brings up a clutching, a resistance, just allow that energy to pass through. Imagine always being satisfied, no matter what. And just allow that energy to come up and pass through. Keep releasing until there is no more clutching or resistance regarding this question. Then move on.
Could you let go of your entire aversion to satisfaction? Any resistance to saying "yes?" If so, just allow that energy to come up and allow it to pass through. Could you let go of your entire aversion to satisfaction? If there's any resistance, just let it go.
